Whether your property is being built from the ground up, or a spec home that's already under construction, or it's somewhere in between, we'll work directly with you on every detail for aesthetics & functionality including  your budget. Our professional design team will support you with design documents, renderings, and more, from nothing but dirt, to demo day, to doors open on Day 1.

We serve as detail-oriented design partners for the full scope of  your project. Our team of experienced designers has a long-standing reputation for being quick on our feet, highly communicative, and—most importantly—FUN to work with. From start to finish, we'll ensure your project is executed with excellence & accuracy. We're strategic team players who love a new challenge & never do two projects the same way.

We've worked for over twenty years to develop a design process that serves our clients with the level of excellence you expect from our firm—but there's no "one size fits all," so, at the outset of any project, we customize our process to align with each individual builder & community.

We'll schedule a meeting where we get to know you better while reviewing your needs for your project, plus share all of the services CDG provides, and make our recommendations for how we can best serve you. From there, we'll create a proposal that's tailor-made just for your project to align with your team's processes and your construction schedule, and meet to discuss our recommendations before you sign on the dotted line.

Working with builders to complete larger-scale residential projects merges two of our favorite things: residential design and business strategy.

Whether your project includes tow or two hundred homes, if you're building amenities and designing streetscapes or simply turning and empty lot into a delightful new home, we'll partner with  you to design for profitability & sales.
