We’re looking for a Lead Architectural Designer with 2-3+ years of experience who demonstrates exceptional design judgment, clear communication, and a commitment to excellence. The right candidate should offer expertise in multifamily, 55+, student housing, high rise condos, hospitality. This opportunity is well suited for an independent contractor who enjoys leading complex projects while collaborating within a connected, design- driven studio. Proficiency in Revit.
FF&E Interior Designer
We’re interested in partnering with an Interior Designer operating independently with 3-5 years FF&E expertise. Project types served across multifamily amenities, model units, high-rise condominiums, and hospitality spaces. The ideal designer combines design excellence with a collaborative spirit and energetic work ethic.
Junior Interior Designer
CDG is seeking to collaborate with a Junior Interior Designer operating independently who has 1+ year experience in any of the following project types, including multifamily housing, high-rise condominiums, adaptive reuse, 55+ communities, student housing, and hospitality environments. This opportunity is well suited for a self-motivated, detail- oriented designer who values collaboration, brings a positive and energetic approach to their work, and is eager to grow within a design-driven studio. A professional degree in Interior Design and proficiency in Revit are required.
