Full-service interior design firm Crosby Design Group is excited to announce the completion of The Catherine of Roswell. The firm, owned by Jennifer Crosby, selected interior design finishes including designing Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) for amenities and model units, from selecting and procurement to install.

At The Catherine, Crosby Design Group created the full Interior Design drawings (ID drawings) in Revit. Full ID drawings include all amenity space planning, all finish specifications, the Reflective Ceiling Plan (RCP), furniture plan, elevations, millwork details, finish plan and a full finish schedule for the common areas and all unit types. The team also designed, procured, and installed all (FF&E).
Samantha Dillon served as Lead Designer for The Catherine, Reed Clements acted as Junior Designer and Tanya McCulloch was Lead Furniture Designer.

The lobby's custom-designed reception desk with a rustic metal screen and moss feature wall adds to the old southern charm of the space. Other notable appointments at The Catherine include gorgeous oak wood flooring throughout the lobby and clubroom, an open-concept kitchen and bar in The Club for groups to gather over cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, an open-concept mailroom with oversized wood community table, exposed painted brick and arched openings, a cozy sunroom with double-sided marble fireplace and double doors opening to the luxurious pool, various pieces of artwork from local artists and an eclectic mix of furniture and textures to give off a cozy, relaxed feel.
Developed by RangeWater Real Estate, The Catherine is named for one of the first ladies of the City of Roswell.
